These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Luc Belaire Win £5k Cash on pack promotion (the “Promotion”) and will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including in-store or online advertising or promotional materials including bottle neck collars. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms. Please retain a copy of these Terms for your information.

Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, independent retailers and employees of such retailers are prohibited from entry. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall start at 00:00 on 1st June 2024 and end at 23:59 on 31st December 2024.
Entry Instructions

Purchase is necessary for all entries. Please retain your original itemised till receipt and original neck collar showing the winning 8-digit unique code as you may need to provide them to claim your prize (See 8.7).
All promotional codes are unique, and each code can only be entered once. Any further attempts to enter the code will result in disqualification.
Entrants can purchase multiple promotional products throughout the Promotional Period and can enter a total of six times across the Promotional Period. Any entries above this amount will be automatically disqualified.
Prizes
1x £5,000 cash to be won via final draw.
There are 200 secondary prizes of £50 to be won instantly and which are guaranteed to be won (except if the number of prizes available exceeds the total number of valid entries received). Prizes are pre-allocated via an open winning moments algorithm created by an independent third party. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you will be awarded a prize. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment will remain available until the next entry.
Any entry received after the end of the Promotional Period will not be eligible to win.
Prizes are non-transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection
Winners of 200 secondary prizes of £50 will be notified instantly that they have won. Winners will be requested to provide their bank details to receive the prize. Winners of all secondary prizes will also be entered into the draw for the final £5,000 prize.
The winner of the final £5,000 prize will be selected at random by an automatic computer process from all valid entries on or around 6th January 2025. The winner will then be contacted by email by 13th January 2025 and will be requested to provide their bank details to receive the prize. Where a winner fails to respond to this email within 10 working days, a new winner be chosen at random via the same process.
Personal Data
Personal data which is provided by entrants on entering the Promotion will be processed and stored in a database by the Promoter’s partner; VCG The Promorisk People Ltd of 2 Marchmont Gate, Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7BE (“VCG”) for the purpose of managing entry into the Promotion on Promoter’s behalf. By providing personal information, entrants consent to the processing and storage of personal information by VCG for this purpose. VCG’s privacy policy is available here.
Once all Prizes have been administered, all personal data will be deleted unless specific consent has been given for the Promoter to send further communications. Where this consent has been given, VCG will transfer data relating to those entrants to the Promoter, who is the data controller. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing lucbelaire@promotion
In the event that a reasonable request is made, including by the Advertising Standards Authority or any other competent body, the Promoter will provide the surname and county of residence of the winner of the final £5,000 cash prize.
General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed, or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
Winners agree to take part in marketing activity in respect of the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to the unrestricted use of post-Promotion publicity for the Promoter’s own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the Promoter’s websites and social networking platforms.
Entrants agree that, to the extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the Promotion, entry into the Promotion, the acceptance of the Prizes, and any acts or omissions of the winner and travel companions. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms or any instructions forming part of these Terms or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
These Terms (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
